When we're busy loving others we can forget that our hearts are busy loving ourselves at the same time. With every daily action we take to get ourselves through life, our hearts are right there doing their loving thing, getting us fed, getting us through work and play, and even helping us attune to others — these are all ways that our hearts are already loving us. Noticing this may help us change the stories we tell ourselves in different ways that we don't love ourselves or don't love ourselves well or don't deserve self-love. I believe that your heart loves you, too.
