As time goes on we can surprise ourselves with how abundant our feelings, sensations, and thoughts really are. In many ways, we end up demonstrating more resilience than what we could see and understand was possible in the moment, and our resiliencies often arise in myriad unpredictable ways and shapes. We may find the will to walk away from a tough situation. Way may suddenly have the ability to see the whole arc of a play we're acting in, while staying connected and accountable to our part in a particular plot line and more comfortable with our overall role in life's drama. We may fall in love again and again and again and again — with ourselves, with others, with life, with new people, places, and things, and with features of our stories that feel as old as our bones and as common as the ground that we stand on. What is abundant in you today?
