Our work lives do not always support our wholeness. With so much emphasis on doing, work can be really bad at giving us the space we all need for just being. Computer screens, to-do lists, and deadlines in particular may be poor helpers for the parts of us experiencing big emotional processes. In big or small ways, how do reclaim your wholeness at work?
