Eating comes with a really huge range of issues for people. Emotional relationships to what we eat can be far ranging, restorative, and a big energy output, simultaneously. Similarly, acquiring, preparing, and consuming food can come with a variety of situations, tensions, and decisions in a single day. From hour to hour, we move from stress to drudgery to bliss with our food. And we may need to harness a great deal of self-compassion and curiosity to grow with how we eat.
