This week will almost certainly bring a wide range of experiences and feelings for all of us. It's ok to start planning now for self-care. Gathering together physical, mental, and social resources, such as favorite foods, a clean house, non-news media, extra walks, extra naps, and plans to see a therapist, to take time off of work, and to connect with friends.
