On 20 July 2018, I posted the first of what would become a still growing collection of bird meditations, inspired by Tara Brach's talk on cultivating equanimity, "Duck Meditation." At that time, big waves in the ocean of my life compelled me to create more art again, and creating art, like the bird meditations, has been a huge part of my personal practice in cultivating inner peace. What helps you ride the storms of life? p.s. My drawing has since been featured on Tara's website to illustrate duck meditation!
