Thoughts are constant, flowing through our minds endlessly. We can create a kind of space between ourselves and our thoughts when we notice the permanence of thinking and allow this constancy to be so just as it is. From being with our thoughts in this way, we can create a kind of power, an ability to respond to our thoughts differently and with more flexibility.
