Creating dialogue within ourselves, from one aspect of our experience bridging to another aspect, may be a key way to mindfully connect to the present moment by helping every part of our inner truth feel welcome and important. At the same time, self-empathy and self-curiosity may take practice. What's something about your experience that you'd like to practice exploring? [image description: A heart with a quizzical facial expression stands looking up at its own thought bubble. In the thought bubble is another heart that asks, "What are you all about?" to which a voice that is inside the thought bubble of the smaller heart responds, "I'd love to tell you more about me." Text reads: "Investigate what the thought has to say."]
