All relationships in their current form end. Yet new versions of those same relationships persist. We are almost constantly called to celebrate the new landscape and grieve what has changed, transitioned, and ended. Being with both loss and regeneration are how we must relate because we are born and die. Being open about how beginnings and endings live in us can be one way that we stay healthy in our relationships. What's one way that you are grieving a relationship this week? What's one way that you are starting over with relationships this week?
