Even while it may feel crappy to be holding onto old hurts and we may wish we could find the key to transforming painful interactions with metamours and within any relationship, we may actually need to allow our truth to be present. We may need to see the ways that we are still hurting and witness and accept ourselves in the places where we are still angry and distrustful because of real impact that we have endured. In fact, acknowledging that we have been negatively impacted by metamours and by anyone may be the only doorway through which we can ultimately give ourselves and others the space and love we need to heal. And in the process, we can come to see that our pain and upsets are not the absence of love, but rather filled with love. Share about a way that a metamour or anyone impacted you negatively.
