So many different activities and behaviors can also be coping strategies. And maybe it's actually ok if it's not clear to others, or even to ourselves at times, that what we're doing is our way of coping. What are some coping strategies that you have been relying on this week?

Throughout the pandemic, I have posted messages on my Facebook wall that I needed to hear myself or that I imagined others may be needing to hear. Again and again, these messages spurred collective online processing of a range of challenges and lows and bright spots of living through the pandemic.
