In addition to the intellectual labor they provide, healthcare workers can carry a physical burden as well in providing care to their clients and patients. But healthcare providers are also often under a psychological strain when doing their job. They can become emotionally and somatically invested in the positive outcomes of the people they support. The people around them can help meet this challenge by reminding healthcare workers of their strengths and perseverance. Give a shout-out to a healthcare worker in your community.
