Therapy does not always lead to transformation. We may simply be seeking a place to meet, a point of contact, where we can rest at the boundary of me and you, or at the boundary of any number of parts of ourselves and of the universe. When we encounter a boundary and take note of it, we are already practicing allowing and living with and at this juncture. And just the recognition of our borderlands can bring more peace to us immediately, as these are also locations of connection and unity. What's something you've noticed about your boundaries through your therapy practice or through any self- or other-witnessing practices that you do?
