Therapy is not a panacea. Therapy is not the right thing for every person or in every situation. Therapy can work for some and not for others, or in some parts of our lives and not in others. And there may be no single or clear reason why therapy sometimes isn't the answer. We may in these situations need to turn to other resources. What has helped you when therapy didn't?
