It maybe takes a hell of a lot of compassion to undo dominant narratives of how relationships should be while simultaneously venturing into the unchartered waters of how relationships actually can be. And sometimes that compassion just isn't on hand when we need it. This double whammy around compassion can really knock us down, and maybe highlights even further how cultivating compassion could play a vital role in our wellness and happiness in relationships.
