All over the world all sorts all people want to and like to feel helpful. At the same time, we can all have a hard time hearing that what we're doing is not helpful. And sometimes when we especially need to feel helpful as a way of coping or as a way of managing our identity, it can be especially hard to realize that we are not always able to be helpful in the ways we want to be or feel we need to be. When attempting to connect with others authentically, helps you stay aware of and at times let go of your own need to be helpful?
