Sometimes just drawing a boundary isn't enough to end an unpleasant experience in the moment and we actually have to reclaim our personal boundaries and space by sending others away from us. However, it can feel weird and differently unpleasant and even scary to ask or tell someone to leave. When you need your space to yourself, what helps you tell people to go away?
